# 한국, 청년 고등교육 이수율은 OECD 1위·직장인 교육훈련 참여율은 최하위 (OECD 교육지표 2026)

한국의 25\~34세 고등교육 이수율은 71%로 OECD에서 가장 높지만, 지난 1년 동안 비형식 교육·훈련에 참여한 25\~44세 취업자는 16%로 비교 가능한 30개국 가운데 가장 낮다. OECD 평균은 각각 47%, 52%다. 가로축은 2025년 고등교육 이수율(표 A1.3), 세로축은 2023년 성인역량조사(PIAAC)의 취업자 교육·훈련 참여율(표 A5.2)이다.
